仲丁醇脱氢制甲乙酮催化剂的工业应用

摘    要:开发了用于仲丁醇脱氢制甲乙酮的BC-DH2004催化剂,并在工业装置中应用。BC-DH2004催化剂的性能稳定,在实验室小试装置上的操作周期超过1250h,同时,该催化剂具有较好的热稳定性。工业应用结果表明,BC-DH2004催化剂的活性和选择性较好,在催化剂床层温度200~280℃、操作压力低于0.5MPa、进料仲丁醇液态空速低于6.0h-1的条件下,仲丁醇的平均单程转化率大于75%,甲乙酮的选择性大于95%;经工业再生后,BC-DH2004催化剂对仲丁醇脱氢反应的催化活性得以恢复。BC-DH2004催化剂具有良好的稳定性,操作周期超过4周,能满足甲乙酮工业装置的工艺要求。
