| Abstract: | A C/S structure based self - expandable exectric power "tow bills" general sevrvice system developed using the object orientation technology is presented. The functions of the system are described, and the components of the system are detailed. This system describes the substation as the object, and features good expandability and adaptabiligy ,etc. |
