| 摘 要： | 系统地分析了现代产品设计质量的形成过程，对产品设计质量控制与保证的内容和方法进行了分析与研究。提出了集支持工具、过程方法和质量信息管理于一体的面向产品设计过程的设计质量控制模型，阐述了保证产品设计质量的策略。基于此模型构建了产品设计过程质量控制与保证系统的总体框架模型，并针对框架系统的实现作了介绍。

| Abstract: | Product design quality depends on the quality of every activity in the process of product design. The characteristic of individual design activity and the interaction among the activities must be considered in quality control system for product design. Based on analysis of the contents of quality control in product design, methodologies are studied. An integrated model of quality control for the process of product design is proposed, in which supporting tools, techniques and key quality information to be managed are listed. Upon the model and the policies of quality control, the framework of quality control system is investigated, and the quality assurance system for product design, called QQ-Dplatform has been developed. |
