提高万州长江三桥深水区钻孔水下定位精度

摘    要:深水区钻孔定位因受到水深、流速大、风浪的影响,钻孔定位精度很难达到规范允许的精度要求。本文主要介绍如何通过QC活动的方式,成功地解决了万州长江三桥勘探过程中遇到的"深水区钻孔水下定位精度"问题,同时小组先后归纳总结经验,编写了"深水区钻探定位作业指导书",修编"水上勘探作业手册",并纳入公司操作规程体系文件中,供类似工程参考推广。

Abstract:Deepwater district drilling positioning is affected by water depth, high flow veiocity and waves, Drilling positioning accuracy cannot reach precision requirement allowed in the specification, How to successfully solve ' deepwater district drilling underwater positioning precision' problem in Wanzhou Yangtze River Sanqlao exploration process through QE activity mode is mainly described in the paper, Meanwhile, experience is summarized successively by the team at the same time. ' Deep Water Area Drilling and Exploration Positioning Operation Guidance' is prepared. ' Water Exploration Operation Manual' is revised ; which is included into documents of company operation procedure system, thereby providing reference for similar projects.
