摘    要:桨叶作为锥形混合器的主要工作部件,是混合器设计的关键,其强度和刚度的设计直接影响到混合器的工作寿命和效率。本文以锥形混合器桨叶结构为研究对象,利用三维建模软件进行桨叶的参数化建模,并进行适当的简化,在此基础上运用有限元分析方法对其进行分析处理,最终得到桨叶的应力应变分布情况,从而为混合器桨叶的设计和优化提供参考依据。

Abstract:As a main part of the vertical tapered mixer,the blade design is a key to a successful mixer design.The strength and stiffness design directly affect the working life and efficiency of the mixer.In this paper,the blade structure of the vertical tapered mixer was taken as the research object,and was modeled using Pro/E.On the basis of appropriate simplification,the stress and deformation analysis of the blade structure was carried out using finite element analysis method.At last,stress and strain distribution of the blade was obtained.The analysis results will provide a basis for the design and optimization of the mixer blade.
