摘    要:APl000是二环路的1000MWe级压水堆三代核电厂,采用非能动安全设施,与传统的二代压水堆核电技术相比,蒸汽发生器本体特征和核岛内的就位要求均有较大的改进。根据APl000蒸汽发生器自身的特点,并在实践的基础上,对蒸汽发生器的现场安装技术,包括安装准备、现场运输、吊装、核岛安装等进行了介绍和分析,为核电站核蒸汽供应系统主设备的现场运输、吊装和安装提供技术参考。

Installation Technology of AP1000 Steam Generator

Abstract:AP1000 nuclear power plant is a 3rd generation advanced passive 1000MWe pressurized water reactor plant with two loops of reactor coolant systems. Compared with the conventional 2nd generation pressurized water reactor technology,the steam generator (SG) of AP1000 has many improved changes concerning SG property features and arrangement requirements for facilities within the nuclear island. Based on these improved changes and relevant installation practices, the installation technology of AP1000 SG has been introduced and analyzed including installation preparation, transportation, lifting, and instal lation construction, etc. , with a view to provide a technical reference to the installation of main equip- ments in steam supply system of nuclear power plant.
