刀具前后角对切削力和切削温度的影响

摘    要:为研究刀具前、后角的变化对45号钢的正交切削性能的影响,应用有限元方法模拟了切削过程,分析了不同的刀具前、后角分别对切削力和切削温度的影响.仿真结果表明,影响切削力和切削温度的主要因素是刀具前角,刀具后角的影响相对较小.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the orthogonal cutting performance of 45 steel by changing a parameter of cutting tool angles such as a rake or clearance angle, cutting processes were simulated by means of FEM (finite element method) analysis. From the simulation, the influence of the cutting force and cutting temperature distributions under different cutting tool rake and clearance angles was analyzed. These simulation results indi- cate that rake angles are most significant for the changes of cutting forces and cutting temperatures, but clearance angles show relatively less effect than the rake angles on the changes of those.
