摘    要:以哌啶为起始原料,经N-亚硝化、还原以及成盐等合成操作制备标题化合物,总收率66.5%.该合成路线操作简单、收率高,所选试剂价格适中,适合进行工业化生产.

Abstract:The title compound was obtained from N-nitrosoamination of piperidine and reduction of nitroso group followed by salt-forming of hydrochloride.N-amino piperidine was obtained at 66.5% yield.The results showed that the synthetic process was simple with high product yield.The synthetic route,which required inexpensive raw materials,was suitable for manufacture in commercial scale.
