| Abstract: | For a few years, the study on CS and the evaluation of CSD have become hot apot in areas of academe and enterprising at home and aboard. Therefor, the paper particularly presents the discusion on the evaluation systems and appraisal method of CSD , taleing blowout as a example, and deals with the study of measure systems and appraisal approach for CSD. |
