摘    要:用Hammett指示剂、NH3-TPD、FT-IR、TG-DTA、XRD及SEM等分析手段对催化剂SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3的结构进行了研究, 结果表明:该催化剂为固体超强酸, 其表面酸强度与培烧温度有很好的对应关系催化剂表面存在SO42-;催化剂的热稳定性较好, 说明SO42-与金属氧化物之间的化学键较为牢固催化剂经多次使用后主体结构未发生变化, 有较长的使用寿命和良好的再生性能催化剂的表面呈疏松状结构, 具有很高的催化活性。

Abstract:The structure of a SO42-/TiO2-Al2O3 catalyst was studied by Hammett indicator,NH3-TPD,FT-IR,TG-DTA,XRD and SEM. The results show that the catalyst is a solid superacid. There is good correspondence between surface acidity of the catalyst and roast temperature. There is SO42- on the surface of the catalyst. The good thermal stability suggests that the chemical bond between SO42- and metal oxide is very firm. After repeated use the strucfure of the catalyst remains unchanged. The catalyst exhibits long service life and good regenerability. It has a loose surface structure which makes it highly active.
