摘    要:从激励与约束两个方面解读宝钢为尽快成为全球钢铁业界"前三强",进一步提升自主创新能力,在凝聚、激励和留住科研人才方面的独特做法.得出:对科研人才进行激励时充分考虑个体差异,实行个性化激励,以收到最大的激励效力,实现企业与科研人才的同步发展.

Abstract:Baosteel wishes to be the Top Three in the steel industry as soon as possible, so has to improve her self-reliant innovation capabilities. Unique ways of coherence, inspiration and retaining science and technology talents were discussed from inspiration and restriction aspects. It is concluded that great attention should be paid to individual differences when inspiring science and technology talents. The utmost inspiration effects and synchronous developments of the company and science and technology talents could be achieved, if adopting the individualized inspiration.
