| Abstract: | This paper presents the design and the fabrication for 12GHz GaAs low noise MESFETs. High performance of GaAs MESFETs can be obtained by means of standard contact photolithography. The best noise figure and the associated gain at 12GHz are 1.4dB and 7.5dB, respectively. |
