宽带功分器的设计与仿真

摘    要:小型低功耗器件是射频电路设计的研究热点,而微带技术具有小型化低功耗的优点,本文对于Wilkinson功分器的工作原理做以简介,并且介绍了一种2~4GHz微带型宽带功分器的设计过程,用Designer软件基于矩量法对这个宽带功分器进行了设计、仿真和相关参数的优化.最后对加工的样品进行实测,获得与仿真值吻合较好的结果.
