摘    要:采用DB~624(30m×0.53mm×3.0um)弹性石英毛细管柱,柱温采用程序升温,进行顶空气相色谱法测定。建立了顶空气相色谱法测定卤米松原料药中14种有机残留溶剂量的方法。最后14种有机残留溶剂完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内相关系数均大于0.99,回收率均在90~110%之间。由此可知该方法操作简便、结果准确可靠。可用于卤米松原料药中有机残留的测定。

Abstract:The method for determination of 14 organic residues in Halometasone by head-space gas chromatography was established. The organic residual were separated on DB-624 capillary column(30m×0.53mm × 3.0 um) with temperature programming. 14 organic residues were completely seperated. The correlation coefficients of linear range were over 0.99, the average recovery was between 90-110%. The method was simple and accurate, and it can be used for the determination of organic residual in Halometasone.
