纳米SiO2润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能研究

摘    要:以醇盐水解沉淀法制备了40nm左右的二氧化硅粒子;用四球摩擦试验机测定了纳米SiO2作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦性能,并利用SEM照片观察磨斑表面形貌,探讨了纳米SiO2的抗磨机理.研究结果表明:400SN基础油的承载能力在加入纳米SiO2后得到很大提高,并且纳米SiO2的加入量有一最佳值.当加入量为1.5%时,PB值增大了近1倍,达到最佳.

Abstract:Nano-SiO_2 particles have been prepared by the alkoxide hydrolysis-precipitation method; Using four-ball tester the authors studied the friction properties of nano-SiO_2 lubricant additive,observed the friction surface by SEM and discussed the antifriction mechanism of nano-SiO_2. The results show that the carrying capacity of 400SN base oil increases with the addition of nano-SiO_2. When nano-Si0_2 is added to 1. 5%(mass fraction),P_B is the optimum. When addition of nano-SiO_2 continues,P_B begins to decrease. The optimum P_B is about one time more than the P_B of base oil.
