| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿井下大功率皮带机在重载下启动困难，冲击力大，皮带易断的故障，设计了软启动装置，以合理的液压系统实现软启动。介绍了软启动中液压系统的结构设计，工作参数计算及液压元件选型。
