摘    要:介绍了一种新型的基于气动肌腱的三级增力压紧装置,对系统的工作原理进行了分析并给出了工作原理图。文章对系统的输出力和力放大系数给出了相应的计算公式。该装置以气动肌腱为动力源,利用铰杆的角度效应以及杠杆的长度效应对输入力进行放大和传递。装置结构紧凑,技术功能较为完善,增力效果明显,是对传动机构绿色化设计的一种尝试。
