同志们：这次全国广播影视科技工作会议是总局决定召开的一次重要会议，主要任务是：贯彻落实全国宣传部长会议和全国广播影视工作会议精神，总结“十一五”时期特别是过去一年来广播影视科技工作，分析面临的形势，研究部署今年的广播影视科技工作。下面，我讲三个方面，一是总结回顾“十一五”的工作，二是分析面临的形势和存在的问题，三是部署今年的重点任务。
