| 摘 要： | 燃煤供热锅炉房的设计既要满足工艺要求,又要符合环保要求。介绍了燃煤供热锅炉的基本炉型及除尘脱硫装置的分类。结合工程实例,对3种炉型及除尘脱硫装置的配置方案进行了技术经济性分析,虽然链条炉 湿式烟气除尘脱硫一体化设备的经济性最优,但考虑环保要求,宜采用循环流化床燃烧技术加设除尘装置(布袋除尘器或静电除尘器)的配置方案。

| Abstract: | The design of coal-fired heat-supply boiler plant must meet the requirements for production technology and environmental protection.The basic types of coal-fired heat-supply boilers and the classification of dust removing and desulfurizing unit are introduced.The techno-economic analysis of allocation schemes of three boiler types and dust removing and desulfurizing unit is carried out with an engineering example.Though the economy of chain-grate boiler plus integrated wet equipment for dust removing and desulfurizing of flue gas is optimal,the allocation scheme of circulating fluidized bed combustion technology plus bag dust remover or electrostatic precipitator should be used in consideration of the requirement for environmental protection. |
