提高中餐燃气炒菜灶热效率的研究

摘    要:鼓风式中餐燃气炒菜灶热效率较低,通过在炉膛中增加辐射板,可强化燃烧与传热过程,提高热效率。研究了炉膛内的燃烧与传热过程,分析了系统的传热效率,通过对比实验,发现改造后的中餐燃气炒菜灶具有更高的燃烧完全度和传热效率,证明了改造方案的可行性。

Abstract:The thermal efficiency of blast Chinese gas cooking range is low.The combustion and heat transfer processes can be enhanced,and the thermal efficiency can be improved by adding a radiant plate in the combustion chamber.The combustion and heat transfer processes in the combustion chamber are studied,and the heat exchange efficiency of the system is analyzed.Through the comparison experi- ments,it is found that the reconstructed Chinese gas cooking range has a higher combustion completeness and heat transfer efficiency,which proves the feasibility of the reconstruction scheme.
