天然气区域用户计量管道布置的研究

摘    要:设计区域用户计量系统时,宜采用直径较小且相同的多路并联计量管道的设计方案,来应对用户耗气量变化范围较大、大直径流量计检定费用很高等实际情况.摒弃不计量的旁通,改为在并联多路管道上设置备用流量计,使其不仅在工作流量计维修、检定时代替工作流量计,提供贸易结算的依据,而且还兼作期间核查的流量计.

Abstract:When the district consumer metering system is designed, the design scheme of multiple parallel metering pipelines with small and same diameter should be used to serve the practical situation of large variation range of consumer gas consumption and high verification cost of large diameter flowmeter. The non-metered bypass is removed, and the stand-by flowmeter is set on the multiple parallel metering pipelines to replace the working flowmeter during repair and verification, provide a basis for trade settlement and act as a flowmeter for period checking.
