全自动还原焰日用陶瓷隧道窑的设计

摘    要:对全自动强还原焰日用陶瓷隧道窑设计的要点进行了说明,对窑炉的结构、材料的选择、还原气氛的实现、自动控制的组成及窑炉在砌筑安装等作了比较全面的阐述;在设计中采用了一系列新举措,对减少窑炉的投资和运行成本。提高窑炉的热效率起到了关键的作用,确保了窑炉高质量、低成本的运行。

Abstract:The article explained the main points for the design of full automatic tunnel kiln with strong deoxidizing flame, and fully expatiated upon the structure of the kiln, obtainment of deoxidizing atmosphere, composition of the autocontrolling system and building of the kiln. It introduced some new methods in kiln design, which is essentially effective in reducing the investment in building the kiln and its running cost, and in enhancing its thermal efficiency, to ensure high quality and low cost kiln running.
