论证军用装备RMS顶层参数指标的意义和建议

摘    要:提出军用装备可靠性、维修性、保障性(RMS)参数应该以它在全寿命周期内持续满足使用需求的保障概率作为顶层参数指标来表达的建议.可靠性、维修性、备件保障性单项参数难以保证寿命周期持续保持使用需求保障概率的实现,只有它们整体的最佳组合才是实现顶层参数指标优化设计的保证.

Abstract:The RMS(reliability,maintainability and supportability) parameters of military equipment should be expressed with the supporting probability for continuously meeting the usage requirements throughout the life cycle as the top-level parameter.Using one single parameter of reliability,maintainability and supportability is difficult to ensure achieving the supporting probability of continuously meeting the usage requirements in the life cycle.Only the best combination of them can ensure realizing the optimization of the top-level parameter.
