Abstract:As the electronic product unceasing renewal,its frequerncy more and more high and product systerm more miniaturization,signal integrity issues become more and more important.Discussion of reflection,crosstalk and other signal integrity for the design of high-speed digital circuit,analyze the cause of signal integrity destroying,and for solving it,providing the way:adopting termination technology and increasing the space among the sensitive signal lines.Using the simulation software Hyperlynx to analogy the signal integrity issues between SCAN25100 and optical module,and provide the way of solving signal integrity issues.
