摘    要:针对VXI总线多弹头测速模块工程化的需求,在对该模块的硬件原理及功能进行分析的基础上,建立了该模块的可靠性框图及数学模型。采用应力分析法对数学模型做出定量的预测并设计了可靠性摸底试验方案,验证结果表明,所研制模块的性能指标达到了工程化要求。

Abstract:Under the demand of the VXI bus multiple-warhead velocimetry module engineering,the reliability block diagram and mathematic model for the module are developed based on the analysis of the principle and function of the module.The quantitative value of the mathematic model is estimated and a baseline test plan of the reliability is designed based on the stress analysis.It is shown that the performance of the developed modules meets the engineering requirements.
