摘    要:介绍了一种考虑单元任务时间差异的串联系统拓展比例组合可靠性分配法,并在此基础上,提出了一种基于AGREE法和拓展比例组合法的新的电子系统综合可靠性分配方法。该方法适用于系统研制中常见的,既包含已有研制经验的单机也包含新研单机的串联电子系统,结合了AGREE法适用性广和比例组合法参考已研设备实际可靠性特性均衡分配可靠性指标的特点。将该方法应用于某卫星电子系统,应用结果表明该方法可行、有效。

Abstract:In this paper,an extended proportional combination(EPC) method is proposed for reliability allocation of serial systems,which explicitly considers the differences in each unit’s working time.A synthetic reliability allocation method is developed based on AGREE method and the proposed EPC method.The synthetic method is applicable to serial systems consisting of both newly developed equipment and equipment with R&D experience.The synthetic method integrates both the advantages of the wide applicability of AGREE method and the balanced and realistic reliability allocation of the EPC method.The synthetic method is applied to a satellite electronic system,and the implementation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the synthetic method.
