摘    要:中国石油天然气股份有限公司独山子石化公司轻质油精制装置,随着0号原油(北疆混合原油)酸值升高和哈萨克斯坦原油掺炼比例的增大,柴油在碱洗精制过程中出现了严重的乳化问题,造成柴油质量不合格,加工损失增大,而且制约了减一线柴油的生产,影响了柴汽比的提高.针对上述生产问题,科学分析了乳化产生的原因,通过采取量化加碱量、改进工艺流程、降低油碱混合强度、采用新型混合器等技术措施,解决了柴油碱洗精制中的乳化问题.

Abstract:In the light oil refining unit of PetroChina Dushazi Petrochemical Company, emulsion problem deteriorates in diesel caustic washing with the increase of total acid number (TAN) of 0# crude (Beijiang Blend) and increased percentage of Hazakhstan crude blended into the crude processed by the company. The negative effects are off-spec of diesel, greater production losses and restriction of diesel oil production from 1st-sidedraw of vacuum distillation unit and limitation on improvement of diesel to gasoline ratio. To solve these problems, the root causes of emulsion are analyzed and effective measures are taken, such as quantitative caustic addition, process improvement, reduction of oil and caustic mixing intensity and installation of new mixer etc, which have successfully solved the emulsion problem in diesel caustic washing operation.
