摘 要: | 随着消费群体年龄结构和销售模式的变化,低成色金合金逐渐成为K金首饰市场的一个新方向。该文以10K白色金合金为研究材料,采用铸造充填法、差热分析法、静水密度法、测色法、加速腐蚀法、高温氧化法、冷变形法等检测了试验合金的物理性能、化学性能及加工制作性能。试验结果表明:当合金中有41.7%~42%金、11%~14%镍、33%~36%铜、9%~13%锌、0.05%~0.3%硅、0.005%~0.05%硼时,其熔化温度变化范围在37℃以下,筛网充填率达到98%,有较好的铸造性能;合金的黄度指数低于19,达到1级白色,具有优良的抗硫化变色性能及抗高温氧化性能;合金的初始硬度较高,加工硬化速率适中,有利于进行冷加工生产和首饰表面耐磨损。

Abstract: | With the change of the age structure of consumers and the sales mode,the low karat gold alloy is grad-ually becoming a new trend of the karat gold jewelry market. In this paper,10K white gold alloy was chosen as the ex-perimental material,its physical,chemical and processing performances were detected by methods of casting filling, DTA,Archimedes flotage, colourmetry, accelerated corrosion, high temperature oxidization and cold working. The re-sults show that when the alloy contains 41. 7% to 42% Au,11% to 14% Ni,33% to 36% Cu,9% to 13% Zn, 0. 05 % to 0. 3 % Si,0. 005 % to 0. 05 % B,its melting temperature range is below 37 ℃ and the castability is per-fect,with the sieve filling rate of 98%;the alloy's yellowness index is below 19 while its whiteness reaches level 1,and it has excellent sulphide discoloration resistance and resistance to high temperature oxidization; the alloy has high o-riginal hardness,while its work-hardening rate is moderate,which is beneficial for cold working production and wear resistance of jewelry surface. |
