摘    要:分析了国内外磷石膏综合利用现状,指出中国磷石膏综合利用率不足20%。磷石膏的大量堆存,不仅占用大量土地,而且影响生态环境,在中国硫资源紧缺的情况下,磷石膏的资源化利用已成为一种必然选择。总结了目前中国磷石膏制硫酸并联产水泥装置存在的主要问题以及目前的解决对策。针对磷石膏制硫酸并联产水泥工艺存在的磷石膏分解温度高和磷石膏分解烟气二氧化硫浓度低的问题提出了新工艺,即以硫磺代替焦炭还原磷石膏,并指出新工艺的特点和优势。

Abstract:It′s analyzed the present status of utilization of phosphogypsum at home and abroad and pointed out that the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum has been less than 20% in China.A large number of phosphogypsum is dumped and stacked,which not only takes up a lot of land,but also impacts ecological environment.And in the case of scarcity of resources of sulfur,the resources utilization of phosphogypsum has become an inevitable choice in China.Main problems and solutions of the preparation of sulfuric acid and co-production of cement from phosphogypsum at present were summarized.Based on high decomposition temperature of phosphogypsum and low concentration of sulfur dioxide gas from decomposition of phosphogypsum in the course of the preparation of sulfuric acid and co-production of cement from phosphogypsum,a new technology was proposed,i.e.to reduce phosphogypsum with sulfur instead of coke.And the features and advantages of the new technology were also pointed out.
