纳米氧化锌/γ-氧化铝复合物制备及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以γ-氧化铝(γ-Al2O3)为载体,采用均匀沉淀法制备了不同氧化锌(ZnO)负载量的纳米ZnO/γ-Al2O3复合物。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、红外光谱(FT-IR)和氮气吸附,对复合物的结构、表面形貌、组成和比表面积进行了表征。以壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPE-10)和苯酚为模型污染物,对复合物的光催化性能进行了评价。结果表明:当ZnO与γ-Al2O3按质量比为2∶1加料制备ZnO/γ-Al2O3复合物时,ZnO成功负载到γ-Al2O3表面,并形成均匀的薄膜;以制备的ZnO/γ-Al2O3复合物为催化剂在紫外光照射2 h后NPE-10的降解率达到93%,苯酚的降解率达到20%,且它们的降解率均随着溶液初始浓度的增大而降低。

Abstract:Nano-sized ZnO/γ-Al2O3 composites with different ZnO loadings were prepared by homogeneous precipitation method and with γ-Al2O3 was employed as supporter.Structure,surface morphology,composition,and specific surface area of composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),FT-IR,and N2 adsorption.Photocatalytic performance of composites were appraised using nonylphenyl poly(oxyethylene)ether(NPE-10) and phenol as model pollutants.Result indicated that ZnO was successfully loaded on the surface of γ-Al2O3.When the mass ratio of ZnO to γ-Al2O3 was 2∶ 1,ZnO thin films were uniformly immobilized on the surface of γ-Al2O3,and the photocatalytic performance of ZnO/γ-Al2O3 composite which was prepared under these conditions and the effect of initial NPE-10 and phenol concentration on the degradation rate were investigated.It was found that the degradation rate of NPE-10 and phenol reached 93% and 20%,respectively,when they were irradiated by the ultraviolet light for 2 h,and their degradation rates were decreasing with the initial concentration enhancement.
