基于MODBUS协议的多机通信在水闸系统中的应用

摘    要:为了提高水闸系统一些重要参数的采集和可视化性,设计了以STC12C5A16S2单片机为核心组建的数据读取及液晶显示系统为主机,以用于温度实时采集处理的STC11F04E单片机系统及对电压采集处理的STC12C5616AD单片机系统为从机,构成一种基于MODBUS协议及采用RS-485总线通讯的多机通信系统。实验表明,该系统能将水闸系统中温度和电压信号采集并显示,为接下来的数据分析提供便利条件,对增强了水闸的安全性和可靠性具有很大的实用价值。

Abstract:In order to capture some important parameters of the gate system and visual resistance,this paper proposes a design,for STC12C5A16S2 microcontroller as the core set of data read and LCD display systems for the master,and STC11F04E SCM is used to acquire temperature signals and STC12C5616AD SCM is used to acquire voltage signals of gate systems in the real-time,both of them processing for control system as a slave microcontroller,constitute a multi-machine communication system based on MODBUS protocol and RS...
