宝钢连铸浊循环水处理系统设计流程分析

摘    要:在连铸工艺中,喷啉冷却水对铸坯成形极为关键,冷却水水质状况直接影响铸造质量;循环水在喷淋冷却过程中,将不可避免地带有油、氧化铁皮等。所以,如何有效地去除油和氧化铁皮成为水处理研究的重点和难点。文章通过对宝钢连铸浊循环水处理系统设计流程及运行实绩的分析与讨论,并结合国内类似工艺的简介,得出水处理系统的最佳设计流程及发展方向。

Abstract:Spraying cooling water is the key to forming of casting blank in continuous casting technology.The condition of water quality will affect the casting quality directly.How to get rid of the content of oil and Fe 2O 3 which mixes with the water during spraying cooling process effectively comes to be the research center of water treatment.Combining with the introduction of the similar design process at home,the paper draws out the optimal design process of water treatment and its development tendency by analysis and discussion on the design process at Baosteel.
