摘    要:矿物浮选试验研究以及现场生产过程中,往往过多强调磨矿产品的细度,而忽视了磨矿产品的粒度组成对浮选过程的影响。本次试验研究证明,同一磨矿细度下不同钢球配比的磨矿产品中主要矿物的单体解离度和粒级组成有较大差异,最佳的粒度组成入选物料可将铅的品位和回收率分别提高1.18个百分点和3.87个百分点,因此,粒度组成也是影响铅浮选效果的重要因素。

Research of effect of the particle size composition of grinding product on the flotation of lead

Abstract:In flotation test and production it is often the case that the fineness of grinding product is overstressed while the effect of its particle size composition on the flotation neglected. Experimental studies have shown that the mineral liberation degree and the particle size composition of grinding product with different steel ball matching were significance difference in the same fineness of grinding. The grade and recovery rate of lead were improved by 1.18 percentage point and 3.87 percentage point with optimum particle size compositions of milling materials. Effect of the particle size composition on the flotation of lead was great.
