摘    要:本文在硫酸体系下对锌中浸渣-硫化锌锌精矿协同浸出工艺与锌中浸渣直接热酸浸出工艺进行了对比。实验结果表面:添加锌精矿进行协同浸出能够有效提高锌中浸渣中有价金属锌、铟和铁的浸出率。在实验的基础上,对锌中浸渣-锌精矿协同浸出机理进行了探讨,为协同浸出提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In this paper, the direct hot-acid leaching of zinc neutral-leaching residue without and with addition of sphalerite concentrate as a reducing agent was investigate. It was clear that by addition of sphalerite concentrate the zinc neutral-leaching residue were mostly dissolved and disslution of the zinc and indium from the residue would be improved. According to the results of the tests, this paper discussed the meachanism in the simultaneous leaching process of zinc neutral-leaching residue and sphalerite concentrate, which provided the basis for strengthening the process of simultaneous leaching.
