摘    要:随着Al_2O_3需求量的增长和铝土矿品位的降低,赤泥排放量将越来越大,如何有效地利用赤泥已引起世界各国的普遍重视。拜耳法赤泥中主要化学成分为Fe_2O_3,若将其中的铁回收利用,不仅可以提高赤泥的利用程度,而且有利于实现可持续发展。本文提出了一条预富集-深度还原-磁选分离提铁的技术路线,通过使用浮选、单一强磁选、选择性疏水絮凝-磁选等方法对广西赤泥进行选别和比较,最终确定使用单一强磁选作为预富集手段,得到全铁品位为30.74%的富铁赤泥,可以为后续的深度还原试验提供合适的原料。

Abstract:With the increasing need for alumina and the decrease of the grade of bauxite, the discharge of red mud becomes an increasingly important problem. Recovering and reusing the Bayer process red mud of which the main content is iron is beneficial for improving the current state of the utilization of red mud and achieving sustainable development. This paper proposed a technical route to recover iron by pre-concentration-deep reduction-magnetic separation. Compared with flotation, selective hydrophobic flocculation-magnetic separation, high-intensity magnetic separation was finally chosen as the pre-concentration method to provide high iron red mud with iron grade of 30.74% which can be a kind of proper feedstock for deep reduction.
