摘    要:本文研究了防老剂4010NA、促进剂TMTD、促进剂NS、增塑剂A和硫黄5个配方因素的含量对橡胶密封圈扯断伸长率、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率保持率和压缩永久变形率的影响,明确各因素对密封圈物理机械性能和耐老化性能影响的主次顺序。研究表明,硫黄含量的变化对密封圈各项性能参数的影响最为显著。当EPDM(100phr)、炭黑N115(45phr)、氧化锌(5phr)、硬脂酸(1phr)、硫黄(0.5phr)、促进剂NS(1phr)、促进剂TMTD(1.5phr)、增塑剂A(2phr)、防老剂4010NA(2phr)时,耐压缩永久变形性能最好。

Abstract:This paper studies changes of the content of anti-ager 4010 NA, accelerant TMTD, accelerant NS, plasticizer A, sulfur affect the elongation at break, tensile strength, retention of elongation at break, compression set of the rubber sealing ring, the order of the factors affecting the physical and mechanical properties and aging resistance of the sealing ring are defined. The studies show that, the change of sulfur content plays a vital role in the various performance parameters of sealing ring. When EPDM(100phr), carbon black N115(45phr), ZnO(5phr), SA(1phr), sulfur(0.5phr), accelerant NS(1phr), accelerant TMTD(1.5phr), plasticizer A(2phr), anti-ager 4010 NA(2phr), the compression permanent deformation resistance is best.
