摘    要:通过对实验室橡胶小料称量装置的设计,包括对称量盘、开口容器、导料口及倾料口等的设计,解决了在实验室对多种橡胶小料的称量、初混及储存,大大节省了其它称量工具的使用,降低环境污染,减少物料损耗,提高称量精度及工作效率;通过对物料进行初混和集中导出,减少后续的混炼时间,降低胶料焦烧的可能性,提高混炼胶的质量;同时可配合混炼工序的进程,对小料进行适当的保存待用。

Abstract:Through the design of the laboratory small rubber material weighing device, including the design of weighing tray, open container, guiding nozzle and Pouring exit, solved the weighing, preliminary mixing and storage on a variety of small rubber material in the laboratory , greatly saves the other scales, reduce environmental pollution, reduce material loss, to improve the measuring precision and work efficiency; through the preliminary mixing and concentrate export to the material, reduce the mixing time of follow-up, and the possibility of scorch, improve the quality of Mixing rubber; also can be matched with the mixing process, properly stored for use on small material.
