摘    要:为了最大程度将银富集在铅精矿中,采用先选铅银后选锌的优先浮选工艺。着重进行了铅银混浮时粗选捕收剂、抑制剂种类试验。试验结果表明,乙硫氮和丁基铵黑药组合捕收剂与硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠组合抑制剂能获得较好的结果。闭路试验可以获得含铅68.14%、铅回收率94.21%、含银4407.55g/t、银回收率91.29%的铅精矿和含锌56.32%、锌回收率85.62%的锌精矿。

Abstract:To maximize the enrichment of silver in lead concentrates, we adopt preferential flotation technique in which we first choose lead and silver and then zinc. We focus on roughing collectors and depressants while conducting experiment of lead and silver flotation. The experiment shows that sodium diethyldithiocarbamate and butylamine aerofloat combined collector as well as zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite combined depressant could produce relatively good result. Closed circuit test could obtain selective index of lead concentrate which contains 68.14% of lead, 94.21% recovery rate of lead, 4407.55 g/of silver, and 91.29% recovery rate of silver. In addition, the closed circuit test could also obtain selective index of zinc concentrate which contains 56.32% of zinc and 85.62% recovery rate of zinc.
