摘    要:通过双螺杆挤出机制备了SEBS/PP热塑性弹性体,研究了各种因素对热塑性弹性体压缩永久变形性能的影响。实验结果表明:PP含量越高,材料的压缩永久变形越大;提高SEBS或碳酸钙含量,能有效降低材料的压缩永久变形; 石蜡油能改善材料的性能,当油含量为20%时,材料的性能达到最佳;乙烯丙烯酸树脂能改善材料与碳酸钙界面结合力,降低材料的压缩永久变形。

Abstract:The thermoplastic elastomer of SEBS/PP is prepared by twin-screw extruder; the effect of factors on the properties of compression set of thermoplastic elastomer is researched. The results showed that: the content of PP is higher, the compression set of the material is greater; the compression set of the material is improved by increasing the content of SEBS or calcium carbonate; when the content of oil is 20%, the properties of the materials is optimum; With improved the interfacial strength based on material and calcium carbonate by ethylene-acrylic resins, the compression set of the material is decreased.
