摘    要:针对球磨机工作效率低、磨矿细度不稳定等问题进行技术分析,综合生产工艺、矿石性质、选矿技术和设备结构等四个方面的技术研究,制定了提高效率的方案,在较低投入的基础上进行了技术改造,使球磨机处理能力提高了25%,磨矿细度更加符合选矿需要。不但创造了巨大的经济效益,也降低了每吨矿石的能源消耗,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:For the technical problems such as low working efficiency of the ball mill, grinding fineness, and other technical problems, technology research based on four aspects, such as production process, ore properties, mineral processing technology and equipment structure, four aspects of technical research, developed a scheme to improve the efficiency, in the lower input on the basis of technological transformation, so that the ball mill processing capacity increased by 25%, grinding fineness more in line with the need for mineral processing. Not only to create a huge economic benefits, but also to reduces the energy consumption per ton of ore, with a very high practical value.
