| 摘 要： | 在２台３５ｔ／ｈ锅炉上试验研究了文丘里除尘器利用废碱液进行烟气脱硫的工艺，脱硫后的废水和冲灰水循环使用，可节约用水·阐述了不同参数对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明，文丘里除尘器脱硫效率可达６０％～８０％，除尘器出口排水ｐＨ值大于５。该工艺不仅可同时脱硫除尘，而且能提高文丘里除尘器出口排水ｐＨ值，减少尾部系统的酸性腐蚀，具有较广阔的推广前景。

| Abstract: | A study of FGD technology in two 35t/h boiler usinga lkaline waster on Venturi scrubbers has been carried on The desulfurized and transporting fly ash waste water can then be recycled,thus saving a lot of water The influence upon desulfurizing efficiency of different parameters is also given It shows that the desulfurizing efficiency is up to 60～80% in Venturi scrubbers and the pH value of outlet in scrubbers is more than 5 This technology raises not only the pH value of outletbut also the desulfurizing efficiency,so it has rather good value to be adopted widely |
