Weibull分布可靠性参数的置信限

为了解决航空航天产品、造价昂贵的产品、高可靠性产品的可靠性评定,文中在无失效数据情形,对寿命服从Weibull分布的产品,在形状参数已知时,给出可靠性参数--特征寿命、可靠度、可靠寿命的置信限.最后,结合发动的实际问题进行计算,结果表明本文的方法可行且便于应用.

CONFIDENCE LIMITS OF RELIABILITY PARAMETERS FOR WEIBULL DISTRIBUTION

For the reliability evaluation of such expensive and high-quality products as those used in aviation and spacecraft,this study gives the confidence limits of reliability parameters-feature life,reliability and reliability life.The confidence limits are oriented to the products of which life is subordinate to Weibull distribution,with shape parameter known and zero-failure data.Calculation performed on practical problems of some engine show that the provided method is feasible and easy to operation.
