装备信息的概念、分类与应用

随着全军《指挥自动化建设纲要》的颁布,装备保障指挥自动化与武器装备数据库系统的建设得到加快发展,与之相配套的、指导其建设的标准、规范、法规和总体方案却相对滞后.造成这种局面的重要原因之一,在于对装备保障指挥自动化领域里一个重要的基本概念-装备信息及其分划的认识不统一.本文在深入分析装备信息术语使用现状的基础上,界定了装备信息的概念;并从相对稳定的分划依据-装备领域人的活动得以实施的基本要素出发,提出了装备信息概念外延的分划标准;同时讨论了其他定义及其分类方法存在的问题,澄清了一些模糊认识,提出了比较科学和相对稳定的分类体系,对装备保障指挥自动化建设与武器装备数据库系统开发具有一定的理论指导作用.

The Concepts, Classifying and Applications of Equipment Information

After the Command Automation Outline is issued and implemented in the military, command automation system of equipment and synthesis bases are rapidly developed, but the criterions? rules of law and projects are lagged behind them. The main result is that the partitioning and basic concept of equipment information is not clear, and the comprehension is not unified. This paper defines the concept of equipment information from the elements of system activity which is relatively steady, and reviews the other definitions and criterions of partitioning, clarifies some fuzzy recognitions, criterions of partitioning are put forward, this plays some theoretical roles on command automation and bases.
