| Abstract: | Fire risk assessment in now put in much of the legislation affecting safety management in China.This article gives a review of commonly accepted concepts involving fire risk and hazard assessment or estimation,and analyzes the steps included in a fire risk assessment model.The author briefly outlies the importance of fire risk assessment in insurance issues and fire cover,and then summarizes the methods of fire risk assessment of urban area that used at home and aboard in resent years. |
