黄河口清8出汊工程的作用及对河口演变的影响

通过实际查勘、依据多年积累的原型观测资料 ,分析了清 8出汊工程对黄河河口、河床演变的作用 ;解答了入海口门调整的淤海造陆效果、对河口段河道、防洪、流路演变的贡献等问题 ;论述了黄河河口演变的机制 ,揭示了黄河河口第三次小循环的形成、发展及黄河河口流路在下半个世纪的归宿 ;得出了人工干预下的河口河道形成机制 ;提出了科学地确定黄河口门出汊调整的时机、地点与周期 ,极大地延长黄河自然演变单循环过程中最有利于行河周期的可能性及人工干预下复循环演变规律的存在性。使人工干预河口演变、延长河口流路使用年限成为可能。

The Impact on the Project of the Yellow River Estuary Qing 8 and Its Infuence on Estuary Evolution

Through practical survey and based on the observed data accumulated for years,this paper analyses the impact of the Qing 8 project of Yellow River mouth on river\|bed evolution;answered the questions about the sea beach silting and land building effect of adjustment of the Yellow River sea outfall and the contribution to river channel variation in estuary to flood control and river course evolution;discussed the mechanism of the Yellow River estuary evolution,pointed out the formation and development of the third small\|scaled circulation of the river course in Yellow River estuary; and found out the forming mechanism of the water course in estuary region under the man\|made intervention.This paper has put forward the scientific determinotion of time\, place and period for adjustment of branch channel in the yellow River mouth,and extended widely the possibility of time period which is most beneficial to the flowing course during a single circutation process in the natural evolution of the Yellow River mouth,and the probability of existence for complex circulating evolution under the man\|made intervention.It would be possible that the man\|made intervention in estuary evolution and extending the time period of a beneficial flowing course could be rea\|lized.
