《服务贸易总协定》与中国国际旅游业发展

旅游业是世界服务贸易的重要组成部分，具有显著的经济效应，《服务贸易总协定》(GATS)的签署对国际旅游业产生全面影响。我国国际旅游业的发展与旅游发达国家相比差距甚大。特别是在我国商品贸易发展不太理想以及我国外汇来源结构不太合理的情况下，大力发展作为服务贸易龙头的国际旅游业，意义更加重大。加入WTO给我国国际旅游业的发展既带来积极影响，同时也带来巨大挑战。我们应从战略的高度采取措施，抓住机遇，迎接挑战，促进我国国际旅游业的发展。

General Agreement on Trade Services (GATS) and the Development of International Tourism in China

Tourist business is an important part of world trade of services and has significant economic effects. The signing of General Agreement on Trade Services (GATS) has a thorough influence on international tourist industry. There is a great gap between the development of Chinese tourist business and that of the developed countries. Especially, in China where commodity trade development is not good enough and the structure of foreign currency is not reasonable enough, it is of greater significance to strengthen international tourist business, the pillar of service trade. China's entry into the WTO has both positive effects on and great challenges to the development of China's tourist business. To promote the development of China's tourist business, it is advisable to take strategic measures, to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges.
