摘    要:以混胺样品为研究对象,研究环境温、湿度对混胺中二甲苯胺等成分含量近红外定量分析模型的预测能力的影响。通过在回归建模的过程中将环境温、湿度因素作为影响因子用于建模,来减小它们对模型的影响,使模型的稳健性增强。实验结果表明,将在不同环境温、湿度下采集的同一批样品光谱混合建立的模型对各环境温、湿叟下的样品预测能力远远好于其中某一环境温、湿度下建立的模型对它们的预测能力。该混合模型为将来实现野外作战中混胺近红外(NIR)光谱分析奠定了基础。

Abstract:The influence of ambient temperature and humidity on a NIR spectroscopy analysis model was researched for xylidine content in mixed amine. In order to diminish the influence, a special model was built, which took variable environmental factors into account in the process of modeling, to en- hance its robustness. The experimental results indicate that the predictive ability of this mixed model established at different temperatures and humidities is better than that of any model under single ambi- ent temperature and humidity. The mixed model lays a foundation for realizing NIR spectroscopy anal- ysis of mixed amine in the future field operation.
