鞍山地区贫赤铁矿选矿工艺新进展

摘    要:通过对鞍山地区三大贫赤铁矿选矿厂的工艺流程和指标的介绍,分析了各选厂在工艺流程方面的各自特点及存在的一些问题,指出强磁机和扫中磁机的引入,稳定了工艺流程,提高了分选效率;粗粒重选有利于铁矿物的充分回收;阴离子反浮选保证了精矿品位合格。鞍山地区贫赤铁矿工艺流程的成功应用,为我国贫赤铁矿选矿开辟了一条新的途径。

Abstract:Based on the introduction of the technological processes and indexes of the three large lean hematite concentrators in Anshan District, the characters and problems in the process of the three concentrators are analyzed. It considers that use of the high intensity magnetic separator and the medium intensity magnetic separator for scavenging stabilizes the process and increases separation efficiency. The gravity separation of coarse ores is favorable for sufficient recovery of iron mineral. The anionic reverse flotation ensures qualified concentrate grade. Successful application of the process for the lean hematite in Anshan District provides a new way to dress the lean hematite in our country.
