摘    要:连杆在发动机的运行中起着非常重要的作用,其特殊的工作环境要求其具有很高的刚度和强度。本文针对490QBZL柴油机的连杆,运用I-DEAS软件对其进行静力和模态分析,寻找出了连杆结构强度的薄弱环节,为连杆的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The connecting rod is extremely important for an engine.For operating in special conditions,it has to be in high rigidity and strength.This paper is to have a static and mode analysis by I-DEAS based on the 490QBZL diesel so as to find the defects of structural strength in connecting rod.It provides theoretical evidences for design of optimization in connecting rod.
