摘    要:以煤矿的废弃物煤矸石为原料,研究了373~400 K温度范围内,煤矸石在乙胺和水的蒸汽相中自转变合成了纯度、结晶度均较高的AI-MFI 型吸附剂的过程, 并对其吸附性能做了初步研究, 用氮吸附静态容量法(BET)测得该矸石基吸附剂的氮吸附等温线、比表面积和孔分布曲线.用XRD和孔隙率等手段对所得的AI-MFI型吸附剂进行表征.通过AI-MFI型吸附剂对苯酚的吸附实验,给出AI-MFI 型吸附剂对它的吸附等温线.实验结果表明:由煤矸石在蒸汽相中自转变合成的AI-MFI 型吸附剂颜色为灰白色,有较好的吸附性能.并指出合理的吸附温度、大的比表面积对提高矸石基吸附剂的吸附量都是有效的.

Abstract:The gangue was used as raw in this experiment to study the process that the AI MFI type adsorbent with high crystallinity and purity was synthesized by self transformation of gangue in vapor phase of ethylamine and water at a range of 373~400 K.and the preliminary study on its adsorption feature was made. The adsorption properties of the gangue based were characterized by adsorption isotherm, specific surface area and pore distribution with the help of N2adsorption. The AI-MFI type adsorbent was investigated with XRD and small opening consideration etc. And the adsorption isotherm of it to phenol was obtained. Results indicated that the AI MFI type adsorbent synthesized from the transformation process was gray and had better adsorption. The paper pointed out that the proper adsorb temperature and larger specific surface area were effective means to increase the adsorption of the gangue based adsorbent.
